Amy Winehouse's invited to spend Christmas in Caribbean with Adam

Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse has been invited to spend Christmas with Bryan Adams in the Caribbean.

The troubled 'Rehab' singer - who is struggling to cope without husband Blake Fielder-Civil who is currently being held in custody in London's Pentonville Prison for alleged grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice - is considering flying to Bryan's luxury villa on the private island of Mustique for a "rock family" Christmas.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Amy has been invited to Mustique to stay with Bryan Adams. He is keen to help her. Mick Jagger also has a house there and could even join them. He has also said he wants to help Amy."

The 'Everything I Do' singer is keen to help Amy and believes a relaxing holiday will allow her to deal with her alcohol and drink problems.

Meanwhile, Amy's mother-in-law Georgette Civil has blasted the star for partying too hard and missing her visits to see Blake in jail.

Georgette fumed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "When Amy is out all night, she can't get up the next day and keeps missing prison visits. Blake can't dictate to Amy but he gets upset when she forgets to visit or turns up late and is turned away.

"I have to ring her sometimes six times a day to remind her to get up, get washed and get over there."

Earlier this week, Amy was arrested, questioned and released on bail by police in connection with the investigation into Blake's charge of perverting the course of justice.

Blake is accused of bribing James King, the landlord of Macbeth's public house in Hoxton, to withdraw his allegation of grievous bodily harm against the 25-year-old.

He will be remanded in custody until January 18 for a plea and directions hearing.
