Rihanna is set to be honored with a national holiday in her home country of Barbados.
The 'Umbrella' singer is thrilled after discovering the Caribbean island will declare tomorrow 'Rihanna Day'.
A source said: "She's really flattered. She can't believe she now has her on national day, it's such an honor."
Rihanna will fly out to Barbados to accept the honor and perform a free concert. She will be accompanied on the trip by rumored boyfriend Chris Brown.
Although the pair have denied dating, Chris helped Rihanna celebrate her birthday early last week along with friends including Kanye West and actor Wilmer Valderrama at Los Angeles' Les Deux nightclub.
The evening featured a spontaneous food fight among the guests followed by Chris singing an acapella version of 'Happy Birthday' to Rihanna. Onlookers at the bash said the pair were "cuddling and acting very cozy all night."
The couple also attended the Grammys together earlier this month and stocked up on goody bags.
