Pamela Anderson sees herself as "art".
The former 'Baywatch' actress recently starred in a new advertising campaign for legendary British designer Vivienne Westwood, and claims the experience has changed how people view her.
Vivienne asked Pamela, 41, to appear in the campaign after the pair met at her Spring/Summer 09 show in London last September
She said: "Yesterday I was considered soft porn, but today I am art. I have an eclectic group of friends. I like people who can feed your soul."
Vivienne asked Pamela, 41, to appear in the campaign after the pair met at her Spring/Summer 09 show in London last September.
They immediately hit it off, and Pamela admits shooting the adverts was one of the best experiences of her life.
She said: "It was one of my top 10 moments. But I've had maybe 20 top 10 moments."
The pictures were shot over just one day in Los Angeles - the process should have taken three days but the outfits were held up in customs - but rather than getting stressed, the couple were determined to have fun.
Pamela explained: "I don't think I converted Vivienne to beach life, but we did lots of hair swinging. She got really into it."
